A cluster command (CLUSTER ...) was run but this Redis instance was not started in cluster mode. The command was rejected because cluster support is disabled.
Why does it happen?
cluster-enabled yes not set, the instance running in standalone mode, cluster commands sent to a standalone server, or connecting to the wrong server.
How to fix it
If you want to use cluster features, start the instance in cluster mode: set cluster-enabled yes in the configuration, restart, and form the cluster from the nodes. If you stay in standalone mode, do not use cluster commands. Verify that you are connected to the correct (cluster) server.
