Redis含义
运行了集群命令（CLUSTER ...），但该 Redis 实例未以集群模式启动。由于集群支持已禁用，命令被拒绝。
原因
未设置 cluster-enabled yes、实例以 standalone 模式运行、向 standalone 服务器发送了集群命令，或连接到了错误的服务器。
解决方法
如果要使用集群功能，以集群模式启动实例：在配置中设置 cluster-enabled yes，重启，并用各节点组建集群。如果保持 standalone 模式，不要使用集群命令。确认连接的是正确的（集群）服务器。
