Neden olur?
Login'in sunucu düzeyindeki ADMINISTER BULK OPERATIONS yetkisi yok ya da bulkadmin sunucu rolüne üye değil (Azure SQL Database'de bunun yerine veritabanı düzeyindeki ADMINISTER DATABASE BULK OPERATIONS gerekir). Ayrıca hedef tabloda INSERT izni ve SQL Server hizmet hesabının kaynak dosyaya okuma erişimi gerekir.
Nasıl çözülür?
Gerekli yetkiyi verin: GRANT ADMINISTER BULK OPERATIONS TO oturum; (sunucu düzeyinde) ya da kullanıcıyı ilgili role ekleyin. Azure SQL DB'de ADMINISTER DATABASE BULK OPERATIONS kullanılır. Ayrıca SQL Server hizmet hesabının hedef dosya/paylaşım üzerinde okuma iznine sahip olduğundan emin olun. En az ayrıcalık ilkesine göre yalnızca gereken hesaplara verin.
