Change the refresh interval

What it does

Sets how often the index makes new documents searchable (refresh).

When to use it

When increasing the interval to speed up indexing during bulk loads.

Caution

-1 disables refresh completely; documents do not become searchable. Set it back to a reasonable value after the load.
