NOPERM: NOPERM this user has no permissions to run the command or access one of the keys
RedisWhat does it mean?
The authenticated ACL user is not authorized for the command it wants to run or the key it accesses. Redis rejects the operation according to the ACL rules.
Why does it happen?
The ACL user lacks the command/category permission, the key pattern is not in its allow list, a channel (pub/sub) restriction applies, or the user was given narrowly scoped privileges.
How to fix it
Inspect the user's permissions: ACL GETUSER app_user. Add the required commands/categories and key patterns (e.g. ACL SETUSER app_user +get +set ~app:*). Following least privilege, grant only the permissions needed. Verify that you are connected as the right user.
