4104: The multi-part identifier could not be bound
SQL ServerWhat does it mean?
A dot-separated multi-part identifier (e.g. table.column or alias.column) could not be resolved. SQL Server could not bind this name to a table/column in the query.
Why does it happen?
A wrong or undefined table alias, a reference to a table not in FROM/JOIN, a column attributed to the wrong table, using the real table name after defining an alias, or a typo.
How to fix it
Verify that the aliases used are defined in the FROM/JOIN clause. Qualify the column with the correct table/alias. If you aliased a table, use the alias everywhere (not the real name). Add the missing table to the JOIN and check the names.
